What SEO Services
Actually Include.

Most agencies sell SEO as one product. It is not one product. It is five separate jobs that have to happen in the right order, and skipping any of them wastes the money spent on the rest. Here is the full scope of what we run, and why each piece matters.

Technical SEO

Technical SEO is the work of making a site easy for search engines to crawl, read and trust. That covers site speed, mobile rendering, broken links, duplicate pages, crawl waste, structured data and index control.

This comes first for a simple reason. Content on a broken site does not rank. If Google cannot load your pages quickly or cannot tell which version of a page is the real one, nothing you publish afterward performs the way it should. We clear technical debt before we write a word.

Keyword research

Keyword research is how we decide which pages to build and what each one should say. We look at three things for every term: how many people search it, how hard the top results are to beat, and how much traffic the topic can actually send.

That third number is the one most agencies ignore, and it is where the money is. Some keywords look excellent on volume and send almost nobody to a site that ranks for them. We do not build pages for those. We build pages for terms that bring buyers.

On-page SEO

On-page SEO is everything on the page itself: the title, the headings, the copy, the internal links, the images and the schema markup. The goal is not to repeat a keyword until it sounds strange. The goal is to answer the question behind the search better than the pages currently ranking.

That means clear structure, a direct answer near the top, and real detail below it. Pages built this way also get pulled into AI Overviews and People Also Ask boxes, which is where a growing share of search traffic now starts.

Link building and authority

Links from other websites are still one of the strongest ranking signals Google uses. They are also the easiest part of SEO to do badly. Bought links, private blog networks and directory blasts can move rankings for a few months and then cost you everything.

We earn placements on real sites through genuine outreach, original data and content worth citing. It is slower. It also holds.

Local SEO

If your customers search with a city name or the words near me, organic rankings are only half the job. Map-pack visibility runs on different signals: your Google Business Profile, your citations, your reviews and your proximity to the searcher.

We treat local and organic as two separate programs, because they are. See how local SEO works if most of your revenue comes from one service area.

Reporting

Every month you get a report that names what moved, what did not, and what we are changing because of it. Rankings, traffic, leads and revenue where we can track it. No vanity charts. If something we tried failed, that is in the report too.

How Long SEO Takes
And What Moves First.

SEO takes three to six months to produce competitive rankings, and technical fixes can show results in two to four weeks. The gap between those two numbers is the part nobody explains, so here is the honest version.

Technical work moves fast because you are removing something that was actively holding the site back. Fix a crawl problem or a page-speed failure and Google can re-evaluate the site within days.

Rankings for competitive terms move slowly because you are not removing a blocker, you are building a case. Google needs to see the new pages, watch how people use them, and see other sites start referencing them. That takes months, not weeks.

Anyone promising page one in 30 days is either lying or targeting keywords nobody searches. Those are the only two options.

A realistic timeline

  • Weeks 1 to 4. Audit, technical fixes, tracking set up properly. Early movement on terms you already nearly rank for.
  • Months 2 to 3. New pages live and indexed. Long-tail terms start landing. Traffic begins to climb.
  • Months 4 to 6. Competitive terms move. Authority work starts compounding. Leads become measurable.
  • Month 6 onward. Holding and extending. This is where SEO stops costing and starts paying.

Paid search fills the gap while SEO builds. If you need leads in week one, run paid media alongside it rather than waiting.

Common questions

SEO Questions
Worth Asking.

What are SEO services?

SEO services are the ongoing work of improving where a website appears in search results. That work has five parts: technical fixes so search engines can crawl the site, keyword research to decide which pages to build, on-page optimization of the content itself, link building to earn authority, and regular reporting on what changed.

How much do SEO services cost?

SEO pricing is driven by three things: how competitive your market is, how much technical repair the site needs up front, and how many pages have to be built or rewritten. A single-location business in a quiet market costs a fraction of a national brand fighting established competitors. We quote after the audit, once we know which of those three is actually the problem. The audit is free and you keep it either way.

How long does SEO take to work?

Technical fixes can move rankings in two to four weeks. Competitive rankings usually take three to six months, and holding them is ongoing. The timeline depends on your starting authority, how much repair the site needs, and how hard your competitors are working.

Is SEO dead now that AI answers questions?

No. The surfaces changed, not the work. Google now shows AI Overviews and People Also Ask boxes above the classic results, and those boxes are built from pages that rank. Getting cited in an AI Overview requires the same things ranking always required: a clear answer, real depth behind it, and a site search engines trust. What died is thin content written to hit a word count.

Can I do SEO myself?

Yes, for a small site in a market nobody is fighting over. Fix your page titles, write real answers to real questions, claim your Google Business Profile and ask customers for reviews. That gets you further than most people expect. You will hit a ceiling when the work turns technical or when competitors with budgets show up.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and neither should anyone else. Google does not sell guarantees. We commit to the work, the reporting and the strategy, and we show you the numbers either way.

We already have an SEO company. Can you review their work?

Yes. We will audit what they have built for free. If it is good work, we will tell you that.

Do you handle local SEO and Google Maps?

Yes. Map-pack visibility runs on different signals than organic rankings, so we handle both and treat them separately. Local SEO is covered here.
