Policy
How we handle the information you give us, written in language you can actually follow.
Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains what information Go Rogue Marketing collects through this website and our client portal at my.goroguemarketing.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly when you submit a form, request an audit, book a call, or email us. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you tell us about your business in the message field.
We also collect limited technical information automatically: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and the site or search that sent you here. This comes from standard analytics and advertising tools.
How We Use It
- To respond to your inquiry and deliver anything you requested
- To provide services if you become a client
- To send marketing email or SMS, where you have opted in
- To measure which marketing channels are working
- To improve the website and the services we offer
Our Client Portal
Clients can sign in to their portal at my.goroguemarketing.com to review and approve their content, send us files, see their reports, and request help. For each portal account we keep your name, email address, your role (admin or member), and the businesses you can access.
Anything you upload or write in the portal, including photos, videos, documents, comments, and your approval decisions, is stored privately. Only the people on your account and the Go Rogue team who work on it can see it. We use it only to create, publish, and report on your marketing.
You can sign in with a one-time link we email you, with a passkey such as Face ID, Touch ID, or a fingerprint, or with your Google account. Passkeys stay on your device; we only keep the public key that confirms it is you. Your browser keeps a sign-in token so you stay signed in. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
Signing In With Google
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account, and we use them only to sign you in and match you to your portal account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, calendar, contacts, or any other Google data. We do not sell Google user data, share it with others, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can remove our access at any time from your Google Account under Security, Third-party apps and services.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact details with other businesses for their own marketing.
Text Messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you replies to your inquiries, appointment and call reminders, account and project updates, and, if you opt in to them, occasional marketing offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your mobile number is used only to send the messages you agreed to receive, through our phone and messaging provider (RingCentral), which handles it on our behalf only to deliver those messages.
Who We Share It With
We use third-party service providers to operate the business, including website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, analytics, and advertising platforms. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound to use it only for that purpose. None of the sharing described in this policy includes text messaging opt-in data or consent, which is never shared with third parties. For the client portal, these include Supabase (database, sign-in, and file storage), Vercel (hosting), our email delivery provider for sign-in links and notifications, and ClickUp, where our team manages your content. If you would like the current list of processors we use, ask us and we will provide it.
Cookies And Tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. You can control these through your browser settings or the cookie preferences on this site. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing communications and the sale or sharing of personal information. To make any of these requests, email us and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, and stop SMS by replying STOP to any text.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Portal accounts and the files in them are kept while you are a client. Ask us to close your portal account and we will delete your account and uploads, except anything we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
